JDH Packaging is an one stop cosmetic packaging supplier in China, which can supply you complete cosmetic package you need.

2.What's your main products?

Cosmetic containers, such as glass bottle and jars,plastic bottle and jars, aluminium bottles and jars for perfume,cosmetic,lotion,essential oil,nail polish use etc.

3.Is there a minimum order requirement? 

It depends on which items you asked, usually different items has different MOQ requirement, each product website has shown MOQ requirement, if you still didn’t find it or clearly know it, please inquiry us.

4.Can we do print on the products ?

Yes, you can. We can supply various printing ways, silk screen printing, label,hot stamping,color painting,UV coating,frost etc

5.Do you accept customized order ?

Yes, we have OEM experience for cosmetic field, usually customers send us actual sample or drawing, then we will make new mold and make samples for customers, once samples have been approved, we will start bulk production.

6.What is JDH Packaging advantages in cosmetic field? 

We will supply customers complete one stop cosmetic packaging solutions, which refers to packaging material, packaging design, customized packaging,packaging accessory,packaging surface handle packaging combination etc.

7.Can I get some samples before place order?

We are willing to offer you samples before you place order to us.

As for shipping cost for samples, if you are new customers for our company, samples are available without exceed 5pcs in the same category, only provide us Fedex or DHL account number for freight collect, if you don’t have Fedex or DHL account, there is no problem, you can pay us shipping cost before sending samples to you. If you are our old customers, we can send you free samples without the certain items. If you want special decoration or printing on the bottles, we can make samples for you based on sample charge you paid.

8. Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order? 

Sure, but each item quantity need to reach our MOQ requirement.

9. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your website?

Absolute yes, we sell over about ten thousands of cosmetic packaging and we are also always adding new items in our website. So if you cannot find the exact packaging you need, you can email us your requirement and we will be happy to let you know if it is available.

10.Do you have a price catalog?

Sorry, we have no price catalog, because we involved in all cosmetic packaging material containers, that is too much, if you want to learn our product price, you can tell us the product model number and quantity, we will give you a quote.

11.What is the normal lead time?

For stock items, we will send goods to you within 7-15 working days after received your payment.

For OEM or Production items,the delivery time is about 15-35 working days after received your payment.

12.What's your packing method?

JDH Packaging provide standard export carton packaging to make sure safety delivery . We also accept the special packing method according to customer's design.

13.What is your selection of shipping method ?  

For samples or trial order, EMS, FEDEX, DHL,TNT, UPS can be provided.

For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.

We will try to help you choose a best shipping way to save your cost.

14.How do you control the quality?

We have strict AQL quality control system, incl. in-process inspection inevery process and final inspection. In addition, we do leak test for 3 times before packing. Our products have been certificated by ISO 9001:2008 Standard, SGS.

 

15.How can I pay for my order?

T/T,Western Union,Money Gram for bulk orders.

Western Union,Paypal for sample cost or sample freight charge.

 

16.What's the order process?

 a. Inquiry: provide us all details requirements(picture,size,packing way,quantity etc)
 b. Quotation: official quotation form or email quotation with all clear specifications as clients’ requested
 c. Agreement:accept price and details requirement for this order and go to next step.
 d.Printing file:offer us PDF, Ai, CDR, PSD format for sample making.
 e. Sample approval:sample charge paid, then arrange sample making until sample finish to approve for customers.
 f. Confirm order and make paid, then arrange sample making until sample finish to approve for customers.e PI to customers
 g. Pay us deposit:payment terms will shown on the PI or contract.
 h. Bulk production: arrange bulk production based on approval samples.
  I. Inform Shipment: details pictures of packaging will be provided to customers and indicate pay balance payment for the order.
  j. Shipping: by sea, air or courier as clients’ requirement.
 k. Feedback: customers received goods and give us feedback, we will record it and improve it.

17.If any defective bottle, how do you deal with ? 

Firstly, when you received defective bottles, please send us some details pictures in time and after we confirm it with our other department, we will have the 1:1 replacement for the defective bottles and send them to you in your next order or as your required date.
